My Order

Once your order is processed, we are unable to make any adjustments, including address changes, item changes, or cancellation requests. 

Our fulfillment team works fast to get your order out to you and most orders are processed as soon as they're received. While we do our best to try to catch your order, once your order has been packed, unfortunately it’s too late to cancel or make adjustments.

If you do need to cancel, we strongly encourage you to reach out to our team via chat or email at [email protected] (open M-F from 9 am - 4 pm) immediately after placing your order. Please keep in mind we cannot guarantee cancellation on orders placed within the same day, but we'll try our best to get to your order before it has been processed on our end!

As soon as a package leaves our Los Angeles warehouse, delivery time (including delays) is up to the carrier. We kindly ask that customers allow 3-5 business days from the delivery date for the package to hopefully find its way to the correct address. Sometimes carriers may mark a package as delivered before it actually reaches its destination or in some cases, the package has been delivered to an Access Point/Locker for customer pickup. We recommend contacting the carrier directly with any shipping/delivery related issues since they'll have more information available.

We also encourage customers to double-check that your shipping address is correct before checking out; P.F. is not liable for missing/lost/stolen packages due to incorrectly entered shipping information and we’re unable to request address changes with the carrier once the package has been processed.

If after 3-5 business days, you still have not received your package, please reach out to us and we'll be happy to assist!
Returns/Exchanges

If you’re not 100% satisfied with one of your P.F. Candle Co. products, we would love to help make that right! Please contact our Customer Care team at [email protected] within 30 days of receiving your order and we’ll help get the process started. We require proof of purchase to process your request.

If you're experiencing an issue with a P.F. product, please reach out within 48 hours of receiving your order and include photos with a detailed description in your email so that our team can determine how to best lend a helping hand.

NOTE: We are unable to cover any return shipping fees. Discontinued items, limited edition/vault release items, or gift cards are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in its original packaging. If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

5 Ways To Take Care Of Your Candles

FOLLOW THESE TIPS TO GET THE BEST (AND SAFEST!) BURN.


1. TRIM THAT WICK

Before lighting, trim the wick to 1/4" using scissors or one of our wick trimmers for a clean, safe burn and increased candle lifespan.

2. LET IT BURN

Allow the wax to melt to the edges of the jar every burn to prevent tunneling - especially important on the first burn!

3. SAFETY FIRST

Never leave a lit candle unattended, and don't burn for more than 4 hours at a time. To protect the surface below from heat, place your candle on a coaster or tile.

4. KNOW WHEN TO STOP

Don't burn your candle if only 1/4"-1/2" of wax remains. Lighting a candle without enough wax can overheat the jar.

5. REUSE IT

Once the candle is finished, clean out the jar! Now you've got a new planter or pencil holder or whatever you'd like. More tips on how to reuse here.



HOW TO USE YOUR REED DIFFUSER

  • Insert rattan reed directly into the bottle and flip weekly or as needed to refresh the scent. It can take up to 2 weeks for the fragrance oil to completely wick up the reed sticks to disperse its full fragrance.
  • To create a lighter, more subtle scent throw, insert just a few reeds or remove as needed!
  • Keep away from direct sunlight or other heat sources to avoid drying out the reeds.
  • Our fragrance oils are not developed for aromatherapy diffusers or humidifiers.


HOW TO USE YOUR INCENSE CONES

  • Light the end of the incense cone at a slight angle with a lighter or match, and allow the flame to burn for approximately 10-15 seconds, enough to create a small flame.
  • If the flame isn't allowed to burn long enough, it may extinguish before burning all the way through (about 25 mins).
  • Blow on the flame to extinguish. The incense cone should produce a glowing red ember and a tendril of smoke, and will continue to burn on its own.
  • Be sure to burn incense on a heatproof, non-flammable holder only. Please note that the bottom of the incense cone may leave a residual stain on ceramic holders while burning. 
  • Burn incense in a well-ventilated room, away from flammable materials, and never leave incense burning unattended or in near children, pets, or a draft.
